Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Plumber Level 4/5 to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial plumbing systems. $30-38/hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain piping, fixtures, drainage, and water distribution systems
Inspect and service pumps, pressure vessels, and sewer cleaning equipment
Read blueprints, perform root-cause troubleshooting, and complete safety inspections

Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of professional plumbing experience
Strong understanding of plumbing codes, OSHA safety rules, and technical drawings
Proven ability to troubleshoot plumbing systems independently
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work flexible shifts or overtime when needed

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior maintenance experience in industrial, manufacturing, or commercial facilities
Servicing experience with pumps (centrifugal, rotary, vacuum) and air compressors
