Wachter is seeking experienced and motivated Traveling Electricians to join our growing team. This position requires extensive travel to customer sites across the United States, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in commercial, industrial, retail, and data center environments. Candidates must be comfortable working on the road, maintaining a high level of workmanship, and representing the company professionally at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial and industrial facilities.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and construction drawings.
Install conduit, wire, cable trays, panels, transformers, switchgear, and associated electrical equipment.
Terminate and test electrical circuits, controls, and low-voltage systems.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform corrective repairs.
Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes.
Perform jobsite safety inspections and maintain a safe work environment.
Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to complete projects on schedule.
Document daily work activities and submit required reports.
Travel extensively to project locations throughout the United States.
Qualifications:
Journeyman Electrician license preferred.
3+ years of commercial, industrial, or service electrical experience.
Experience installing conduit, pulling wire, and terminating electrical equipment.
Ability to read electrical drawings and specifications.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to travel 100% of the time and work overtime when required.
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions.

Data center construction and maintenance.
Retail and nationwide rollout projects.
Structured cabling, fiber optic, security, and access control systems.
Generator, UPS, and backup power systems.
Low-voltage and network infrastructure installations.
