Position Overview
We are seeking experienced QA/QC Managers, Construction Superintendents, or Project Managers to oversee field quality control activities on a large commercial construction project.

The ideal candidate has strong construction field experience, understands inspection and quality control processes, and can coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work meets project specifications. Candidates with strong field quality experience will be considered even if they have not held a formal QA/QC Manager title.

Key Responsibilities
Lead field quality control activities and coordinate construction inspections.

Verify installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards.

Oversee subcontractor quality performance and resolve installation deficiencies.

Coordinate required inspections, testing activities, and corrective actions.

Review inspection reports, test results, and quality documentation.

Work with construction management, field supervision, and subcontractors to address quality issues.

Support construction completion, commissioning readiness, and project turnover requirements.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of construction quality control or field supervision experience with significant quality oversight responsibilities.

Experience as a QA/QC Manager, Superintendent, Project Manager, or similar construction leadership role.

Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, inspections, and installation quality requirements.

Experience coordinating subcontractors, identifying deficiencies, and managing corrective actions.

Ability to work full-time on-site in Utah.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience on large commercial, industrial, or data center construction projects.

Electrical or mechanical construction experience.

Experience with construction quality documentation, testing, and turnover processes.

Experience working for a general contractor or major subcontractor.
