Seeking a Mechanical Conveyor Installation Supervisor who will oversee the installation of mechanical conveyor systems, ensuring the efficient and safe execution of projects. The role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of conveyor systems, and the ability to manage teams and resources effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical assembly, project management, and safety compliance in a construction or manufacturing environment. Must have experience installing conveyors with at least one of these facilities- UPS, FedEx, or Amazon. Must have experience with installing weld-up and bolt-up conveyors. Be able to read blue prints, supervise up to 25+ employees, good safety record, OSHA general safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the installation of mechanical conveyor systems at customer sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Lead and manage a team of installation technicians and subcontractors, providing direction, training, and support throughout the installation process.
Review and interpret installation drawings, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure accurate and efficient assembly of conveyors.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that arise on site.
Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct quality checks on completed installations and perform troubleshooting as needed to resolve technical issues.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, daily reports, and timesheets.
Monitor inventory and ensure necessary materials and tools are available for the installation team.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up on project completion.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in conveyor system installation, mechanical assembly, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of mechanical conveyor systems, including belt, roller, and chain conveyors.
Proven leadership and team management experience in a construction, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to mechanical installation work.
Must be able to travel 100% to customer sites
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites anywhere in U.S.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment.
Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including outdoor settings and confined spaces.
Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding conditions.
