Pay: $64.00/hour
Per Diem: $175/day worked
Project Duration: Approximately 2 years with long-term work available
Schedule: 13 days on, 1 day off
Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Weekly Hours: 68+ hours

Job Overview

Seeking experienced Licensed Journeyman Electricians for the QTS Data Center project in Fairfax, Iowa. This is a large-scale, long-term electrical project offering consistent overtime, strong per diem, steady hours, and the potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities
Install and terminate switchgear, electrical panels, transformers, and power distribution equipment.
Install wiring and feeders according to blueprints, specifications, and electrical codes.
Pull, route, secure, and terminate wire through conduit and cable tray systems.
Perform equipment tie-ins and final electrical connections.
Verify circuits, wiring, and terminations prior to energization.
Assist with electrical testing, startup, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
Maintain compliance with all site safety procedures and quality standards.
Coordinate with electricians, supervisors, and other trades to meet project schedules and deadlines.
