Per Sé Group has an immediate need for a Project Manager to join a leading team in the renewable energy construction industry. This person would act as part of an industry respected team which is currently experiencing explosive year-over-year growth. For a candidate with 8-10+ years of relevant project management experience this could be a career-defining opportunity. Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility will be managing field operations via the Construction Manager and contract administration including safety, personnel, sub-contract scheduling, material and equipment procurement and schedule.

• The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to manage project(s) from an office location (TBD), concentrating on safety, schedule, budget, labor relations, customer satisfaction, costs and quality compliance.

• Contract management from the standpoint of identifying potential change orders, changes in scope, changes in field conditions, changes in ability to perform as bid with means and methods.

• Responsible for planning with Construction Manager applicable equipment types, personnel skill sets, means, methods, and updating schedule

• Manage the contract value amount as it is affected by weather, changed conditions, authorized change orders, pending change orders, and accurate quantities completed

Desired Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor Degree in either Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar preferred

•OSHA 30 Hour

• 8 – 10 + Years of Project Management Experience in heavy Construction (Wind strongly preferred, utility scale solar, large scale civil, transmission & distribution, energy industry considered)

• Strong understanding of contract law, job cost accounting, CPM scheduling, contracts management/change order management required
