Construction Manager will be responsible for the following functions on a day to day basis: Kicking off each day with a meeting with his leadership team to ensure they have the daily expectations laid out, the construction manager will also lead a daily and weekly meeting with the subcontractors on the job site and any other company leadership on the phone, they will provide the project managers any updates if they were unable to attend, they will go in field for most of the day to walk down the jobs, do spot checks on the work being performed, handle any questions as it pertains to construction or schedules or materials or budgets or any other nuances that involve building a job, work with any vendors necessary to ensure all materials are onsite and staged, provide direction to the other superintendents on the jobsite so they can get there portions of work completed, do some basic reporting and updates in the Pike proprietary software's and overall work to get the projects built on time and under budget while working as a right hand person to the PM and Supers.
