BHI Energy is searching for Facility Coordinator in the Middletown, CA area for one of our key clients.
This is a contract position which will be approx. 3 months from start date or longer, depending on workloads. This is a great way to get your foot in the door. $20.00/hr + depending on experience.
Work week is Monday through Friday , 8:30 am to 5 pm, and as otherwise agreed (there may be occasional hours requested with advance notice).

Must be available upon short notice for opening/closing the facility (preferably resides in Middletown area);
Looking for a general office professional who would like to have a variety of tasks, must be reliable, dependable, able to work independently and familiar with using a computer and experience with Outlook/Excel/Word.
Job Summary:
The Facilities Coordinator will maintain efficient and smooth operation of the physical jobsite.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Ensures assigned area is in proper working order and available for use.
* Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
* Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
* Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems.
* Ensures safety standards are followed throughout facility.
* Maintains inventory of supplies; reorders as needed.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have a high diploma or a GED
  • At least two years of related experience required.
  • Reliable, dependable and good time management skills;
  • Excellent telephone etiquette for light phone coverage - answer phone calls/taking detailed messages, checking voicemail etc.;
  • Able to welcome/greet visitors;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Avid understanding of front desk operations;
  • Knowledge of customer services practices;
  • Computer/office skills a plus.
