Apprentice will be responsible for the following: working with the other machinist in the shop to support anything they may need while they are machining parts, running to the toolroom to check out parts or tools for the machinist, packing up parts or cleaning parts after they are machined, deburring parts to clean them up, grinding down parts prior to them being machined, picking up parts from the paint room to help get them ready for shipment, learning the basics to machining, reading a tape measure for support of building parts, learning to use a caliper or micrometer or dial indicator and working around the shop to keep it clean and in order for a safe working environment.

2+ years of mechanical aptitude
