The Solar Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations of solar installation projects, ensuring that all work is performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive experience in commercial solar installations, and the ability to manage multiple crews simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of multiple installation crews to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Provide on-site leadership and technical support, addressing any issues that arise during installation.
Collaborate with Project Managers (PMs) to produce and deliver detailed daily reports on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Manage project schedules, including material delivery and crew assignments, to maintain project timelines.
Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to project specifications.
Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Travel to various job sites as required to oversee project activities and ensure successful execution.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in commercial solar installations is required.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple crews and coordinate complex projects.
Proficiency in producing and delivering daily reporting to Project Managers.
Experience with Procore software is a plus, but not required.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and solar technology, with a preference for candidates with electrical solar commercial experience.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
