Looking for a Sit Safety Manager for a year long project working on Solar and BESS project in CA.

Qualifications:

Possess one or more of the following:
o Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST).
o Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
o OSHA 30 credentials required.

Knowledge & Skills

Proven experience in safety management, preferably in renewable energy or construction projects.
Thorough understanding of safety regulations, codes, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying potential hazards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and engage project teams.
Proficiency in using safety management software and tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.
Able to work closely and effectively with other site team personnel and project managers.
Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Experience & Education

HS Diploma or GED required
5+ years of EH&S experience onsite
