Seeking a full-time Electrical Superintendent to join our project site team in Texas. We are looking for someone who is able to support the construction activities of the project in the execution phase. The ideal candidate will have experience working in renewables, combined-cycle power plant construction, or other large-scale industrial projects.

8+ years of experience in a Superintendent position managing electrical trade and subcontractors in an industrial or heavy commercial environment.
8+ years of experience managing crews upwards of 30+ personnel, along with multimillion dollar construction contracts and projects.
Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code, NFPA70E, NETA, and required local jurisdiction codes where required.
Must maintain a professional demeanor along with a well round work mentality, if required they must represent the company and uphold our standards while presenting, speaking, or interacting with sub-contractors, vendors, clients, the public, etc.
Candidates with journeyman cards and/or master electricians are preferred but not required.
Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per work week and must be available for extended work hours including weekends as necessary for project schedule.
Must be willing to travel as required for company business, and any additional duties/task deemed necessary by management.
Proficient in Microsoft programs, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Must have knowledge of the construction field and best practices.
