Hiring a Utility Field solar Field O & M Foreman. Must have 3-5 years of experience in leading solar field crews. Must be a qualified electrical worker, have experience in troubleshooting, working from circuit breaker to inverter to panels, managing AC/DC, correcting mismatched connectors and installation of jumpers and including new terminations, must be LOTO certified and able to test current and ensure power is off at the breaker and locked out. 60% of the job will be collecting and inputting reporting of components. the other 40% will be managing day to day and getting more panels powered. Will be using a laptop to input data and manage grid. Will report to Director of Field Operations. Working M-S, first shift, 50-58 hours a week. 2-3 month to perm. Pay is up to $55 BOE, with per diem $110 per day (paid all 7 days if full weekly schedule worked). Starts 08/11/2025.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must have NFPA70E, OSHA 10 or 30, First Aid/CPR, LOTO.
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in leading solar field crews.
- Must have 3-5 years of experience troubleshooting O&M utility solar farms.
- Must have computer skills with Excel experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
