Location- i start in Houston, TX and will move to Port Arthur, TX job site during the execution phase

deliver OTS Training as well as support the development, coordination, implementation, and administration of complex facility training and development programs, including employee competencies and technical skills. You will participate in the delivery of all OTS training and assessment including performing quality reviews. Your recommendations will help improve effectiveness, cost efficiency, and processes.
