Senior Site Safety & Health Specialist

Location: Harrodsburg, KY
Schedule: 5/10s | Start: December 1 | Duration: 1 year (likely to extend)
Pay: $50–$60/hr + Per Diem: $135/day (increasing to $150/day Jan 2026)

We’re looking for a Senior Site Safety & Health Specialist to support a large construction project based in Harrodsburg, KY. In this role, you’ll oversee on-site safety practices, ensure compliance with industry standards, and help foster a strong, safety-focused culture among all team members.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee and enforce site safety programs and procedures.
-Conduct safety audits, inspections, and trainings.
-Manage incident investigations and corrective actions.
-Collaborate with client and subcontractor safety teams to ensure compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

-7+ years of safety experience (construction or industrial).
-Background in BESS or renewable energy projects preferred.
-Proven success in long-term, on-site safety management roles.
-OSHA 30 certification required.
-Strong communication and leadership skills.
