Trillium Construction is seeking a Safety Technician for a project in Red Oak, TX.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe conditions, hazards, and at-risk behaviors
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and company safety policies
• Monitor proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Lead or participate in daily toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe acts; document findings and corrective actions
• Complete and maintain safety reports, inspection logs, and compliance documentation
• Assist supervisors and employees with hazard assessments and risk mitigation strategies
• Verify safety signage, emergency equipment, and first aid supplies are properly maintained
• Track safety training records and ensure employees maintain required certifications
• Support emergency response drills and ensure preparedness procedures are followed

Pay: Starts at $36
Per Diem: $100 / day for all 7 days
Schedule: Mon - Fr, 50h / week

Qualifications
OSHA 30 certification
