Ware partnering up with a Civil Construction Contractor who is hiring an immediate, experienced Safety professional to support Solar Project in Farnham, VA. Would be a 9-month contract and start 3/9. Can offer mobilization and demobilization mileage.

Duration: 9+ months
$50.00/hr + time and half on overtime
Per Diem: $130/day x’s 7 days + GSA mileage for initial mobilization & demobilization (if applicable) upon successful completion of assignment
Start Date: March 9, 2026
Hours: 6-7, 12s (60-70 hours a week). Will be paid competitive hourly rate + time and half on any hours over 40.

Position Details:
Client is supporting Solar Project in Farnham, VA. Seeking an experienced safety professional ideally with Solar experience on Dominion projects.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of safety experience and an active OSHA 500, CHST or CSP or completed Bachelor's Degree in Safety
• Ideally has previous experience utility scale solar experience or experience working on Dominion Energy projects as a Safety professional.
