Compensation & Project Support
In addition to hourly compensation, the project includes a strong travel package:

$250/day Per Diem
$1,800/month Vehicle & Fuel Allowance
$1,500 Mobilization Bonus
$1,500 Demobilization Bonus
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy field assignments and are open to temporary travel.

This role is heavily focused on power systems and electrical field engineering, supporting commissioning, protection systems, equipment evaluations, and switching activities at a utility-scale solar generation facility. Candidates with backgrounds in Protection & Controls, Substations, Transmission & Distribution, Utility Power Systems, or Power Generation are all worth considering.
