Position Overview

Tradesmen International is seeking two qualified Journeyman Heavy Equipment Operators for an upcoming project near Pullman, Washington. Candidates must possess journeyman-level operating experience and a valid OSHA 10 certification. Qualified individuals should be prepared to begin work as soon as possible.

Work Schedule

• Schedule: Six days per week, 10 hours per day (6×10s).
• Overtime: Additional overtime opportunities may be available.
• Project Duration: Three months or longer for candidates willing to travel.

Required Qualifications

• Current OSHA 10 certification.
• Journeyman-level experience operating the following heavy equipment:
• Dozers
• Track hoes (excavators)
• Motor graders
• Concrete finishing experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel to the project location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Journeyman Operator Rate: $65.13 per hour.
• Minimum Onsite Labor Rate (when not operating equipment): $41.28 per hour.
• Per Diem: $100 per day worked.
• Overtime: Opportunities may be available based on project requirements.
