Large and established Shipbuilding repair and service company. This is a long-term opportunity, Competitive pay, with great health benefits.
Installs or assist in the installation and or construction of bulkheads, ceiling panels, doors and trim, windows, rail, hardware and any other related construction activities
Installation of insulation of compartment floors, ceilings, or interior/exterior walls
Uses tolls and equipment in an efficient and safe manner for daily activities
Installs caulking in windows, doors, wash basins and toilet and shower modules.
Installs adhesives, tiles, and carpeting of compartments
Reviews compartment blueprints and sketch system to assist in construction
Install electrical work such as sizing, strapping, and pulling of cable
Installation and hook ups on all lights, switches, equipment and power panels
Ability to climb vertical and inclined stairs and ladders, crawl, bend, stoop, work heights, and work in confined spaces.
2 or more years experience in the Industrial field or Marine applications.
Preferred Qualifications and experience:
Industrial, Construction and or Shipbuilding experience is a plus.
Pay Rate:$15.00 to $17.00 an hour
