[Engineering Manager] Permanent Position

Contract / Temp to Direct / Direct Hire: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

Provide overall engineering leadership.
Drive technical strategy, architecture and operational readiness.
Directly lead the performance of the engineering team to ensure the organization is meeting business growth and customer needs and quality.
Develop and deliver documentation for internal and external product integrations.
Perform financial analysis for development and technical operations.
Ensure high quality and high customer satisfaction while maintaining a high pace of innovation.
Implement new or improved processes that are required.
Work especially closely with the Product organization to obtain prompt resolution to key business issues likely to impact product release schedules, product requirements, product quality, and business operations.
Liaising with cross-functional team (PCB layout, Mechanical engineering, Manufacturing and Quality engineering) to facilitate the design process.
Participation in internal design reviews.
Design Verification Testing.
Technical Report writing.
Directs customer support.
Responsible for bench or DV test for the qualification of products.
Responsible for root causes analysis on products, technical problems and documentation.
Collaborate with Production Operations on rollouts, updates, and incident resolutions.
Responsible for hiring, retaining and mentoring talent.
Manage the lab activities including CAPEX planning and maintenance
Key Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of related experience.
Understand business strategies and have a high level of understanding for the business flow.
Successful experience leading and motivating engineering teams.
Knowledge of RF power principles.
Working knowledge of circuit design and simulation.
Experience in modeling, simulation, and testing of power electronics.
Ability to write and analyze design documentation.
Strong project management experience and leadership skills.
