Requires at least 2 years of experience!
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair pneumatic and hydraulic components or equipment.
Review schematics, plans, operating manuals.
Identify nature and causes of defects and malfunctions in lines or other parts of system. Overhaul and repair hydraulic components.
Must be able to use hand tools, electronic calculators and measuring devices.
Hydraulic Technicians require mechanical ability.
The work requires considerable overall technical skills and the ability to find the roots of problems and their solutions.
Organizational skills are required to accurately log inspections, repairs or replacements and to help keep work area clean.
This is an in house position repairing cylinders, valves, pumps, etc.
