Position Overview:
The candidate will provide administrative, clerical, operational and payroll support. You will assist in meeting the installation targets, recruitment goals, and objectives of the organization and provides quality customer service to both external and internal employees and applicants. The successful candidate will have experience in the material handling and or construction industry as well as being Spanish bilingual.

You’ll be providing support in dealing and responding to correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries. There will also be ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects assigned occasionally. We hope you’re a team player!

You’ll be responsible for the following:

• Monitor and track daily emails
• Alignment with site supervisors on personnel requests and logistics
• Liaison between site supervisors and recruitment department
• Orientation and processing of contract labor
• Complete weekly timesheets and assist with payroll concerns
• Data entry, record keeping and electronic filing
• Track and log rental equipment, daily safety sheets
• Execute material runs as appointed by the Supervisor
• Set up accounts as needed and tracking of project activities
• Collect and submit daily labor log data, manage expenses and travel
• Enter new hire paperwork.
• Track employee day-off requests.
• Monitor Employee statuses. (Attendance, sick days, etc.)

Additional responsibilities if applicable:
• Keep up with safety posters and administrative regulations
• Execute tool inspections and log inventory
• Check dated safety items (Fire extinguishers, Safety Harnesses, etc.)


We are looking for those who have their high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 1-year administrative experience working in a fast pace, front office environment or customer service-related position. Bi-lingual preferred

We Require the Following from You:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Flexible in terms of work hours, open to shifting schedules, extended work hours and working on holidays and weekends
• Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard
• Effective time management skills that allow you to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential and delicate employee information
