-load and unload materials
-ability to read production schedule
-read customer order to determine where product should be moved, gathered, and serviced
-regularly lift 10-15lbs
-occasionally lift 50+ lbs
-assist in assembly of seat frames
-maintain high paced production
-they will switch between multiple stations
-scan material as it is unloaded from trucks
-work off ford build sheet
-10-15 different seat frame variations
-match frames to specific bar code
-add seats to pallets
-bag seat frames with tags
-test seat functions work by making sure they move forward etc
2nd shift 3:00pm-1:30am M-Thursday with OT on Friday
Go-to-Work Position: no interview at company needed and can start as soon as hiring paperwork is completed and drug test & background check are cleared (about a 1-2 day process) --Can start same week you are offered the job!
90 day Contract-to-Hire. Will be hired into the company after 90 days as long as attendance and work is good! Will recieve $15.00/hr when hired in after 90 days.
