Layout, fit, fabricates and assembles components. Work includes assembly, dismantling and repair activity.
MUST HAVE experience with air arc gouging, and MIG welding. experience welding heavy materials 3-6 inches thick.
Layout, position, align and fit components together. Bolt, clamps and tack welds parts to secure proper positioning for welding. Set ups equipment and welds parts, using AIR ARC or MIG welding techniques. Assemble parts by welding and riveting methods, must be able to square and level structures.
Perform tasks such as welding, cutting, grinding on plate and structural. Repair or modify products through dismantling, straightening, reshaping and reassembly.
