Maintenance Mechanic (7303941)

Open to a variety of backgrounds
Does not need packaging/bottling or glass experience
-Main goal is to find someone with a mechanical background, experience with electrical, and someone who is eager to learn and be long term.
-Do not disqualify a candidate because they seem to entry level, as long as they have the mindset and basic electric, they are worth a conversation
Glass packaging center. they have 3 lines and opening up to be 24/7
SWING SHIFT, they work 5/8, but may work a 4/10 ( they have to be flexible)
They need to be open for Saturdays overtime
Need to be open between 2pm-11PM.
Best vs Average: Someone that is very skilled with 480v, VFDs, and 3-phase motors, and currently a Maintenance Mechanic in a Packaging/Distribution facility.
Performance Metrics: Will be based on their ability to Perform PMs on packaging equipment. They will be expected to work troubleshoot on their own and feel comfortable with 480v
