A growing company in Charlotte is hiring Machine operators! Candidate(s) can work in the fabrication, extrusion, anodizing or assembly departments. There may be movement from one department to another during their same working shift; contractors must be flexible to cross train for all the below job duties, as well as the other departments.
Candidates are expected to be able to learn and perform:
* Operate presses and saw tables
* Deburr and polish parts
* Apply lubricant to parts
* Machine operating (burr mill machining/screw machine)
* Rack/unrack; load/unload
* Pneumatic hand-held gun to remove debris
* Inspect and plug parts
* Quality checks with small instrument
* Bend aluminum parts after machine
* Sweep cell every day at the end of shift
* Lift up to be 50 lbs.
* Teamwork in small spaces; synchronize with others
First shift openings: (5:00 am to 3:30 pm)
Second shift openings: (3:30 am to 3:30 pm)
Monday- Friday with some overtime hours on Saturday.
