Candidates will be working in the Paint Plant of of this company. This is where all the mirrors and mirror parts are painted. They have paint lines, conveyors, Fanuc Robots, Air Handling units, Pumps, Sensors, and temp humidity probes.
When arriving for shift Techs will check there email to see what needs to be done today. Will mainly be PM's and internal faults. They don't run production on this shift, until about 5am. Techs will have to start-up paint system, do daily checks, do water tests for acid content and then if any maintenance call happens or MRO crib needs attending to. End of shift will download with techs coming in. They will be handling all facility maintenance and electrical work, including getting up on the roofs or in the pits if necessary.
-2 yrs + of electrical experience (being able to troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics. Also knowing if its a PLC issue or an electrical issue)
-Troubleshooting (Tracing faulty wires, fuses and relays)
-Machine repair (2 years plus) (Pumps, fluid delivery systems, air handling units, fans and motors from 3hp to 125 hp)
-Blueprint and Schematic reading
-Working on a ladder, or scissor lift up to 35 ft in air, as well as roof
Shift: Su - Th 1130p- 8am. 40 hrs. Some OT, worked 10 Saturdays in the last year.
