Company has three different manufacturing facilities. Two in Corunna and One in Clifford which is north of Lapeer. They are looking for 2 in Clifford. They specialize in manufacturing medium and high volume components from forgings, solid steel blanks, and castings. Some examples are...Products include: axle shafts, input and output shafts, mainshafts, ring gears and pinion gears, differential pins, yokes, stub shafts, rocker arm assemblies, accessory drives, bearing housings, power steering components, engine manifolds, brackets, machined pulleys, oil filter adapters and steering arms.

Job Description-

Candidate will be working in the maintenance group and responsible for the repair and up keep of industrial production machinery.

This will include performing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic repairs to automated machinery

- Equipment CNC Mills, Lathers, Grinders, broaches, spine rollers, heat treat.

Brands of Equipment Okuma, Moriseki, Samsung, and Dosen. Toyota grinders, Detroit and apex broaches. Horizontal and vertical mills.

First Week Responsibility-

Candidates must be able of conducting preventive maintenance and answer down machine calls.

(If asked to handle a electrical or hydraulic repair to a component they have to be able to do so)

MUST

1. CNC Repair - Min 2-5.

2. Pneumatics, Hydraulics - Print Reading

4. Must have their own tools. Min $1500 worth of tools. all set of wrenches, sockets, screw drivers.

5. MUST BE OPEN TO ALL 3 SHIFTS AND OT

4. Military Experience

Wants someone stronger in Electrical and Hydraulic.

They want someone with 8+ recent years of experience.

Doesn't want to pull anyone from quest industries.
