Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves:

1+ year of recent (within the last 3 months) Supervisor experience

Basic safety knowledge in a plant setting working without safety violations.

Candidates must be assertive, confident, out going, have a presence, be able to motivate others, have thick skin and hold people accountable.

Computer Skills:

Must be able to use MS Office

Beginner with Excel, needs to be able to create simple formulas but will not be creating pivot tables, graphs, etc.

Beginner with Power Point, they do monthly meetings an the person running the meeting rotates so they need to be able to put together a simple presentation once in a while for the meeting.


Automotive supervisor experience

Cleaning experience


High School Diploma


Anyone who has some safety experience is preferred although they do not want someone who is a safety specialist.
