Commercial HVAC experience

Previous experience processing work orders through a CMMS system

Customer Service/Facing experience - working in and around other's workspaces

EPA Universal Certification

HVAC/R Certification

This person will be responsible for maintaining all building equipment and identifying potential improvements for operational efficiency within a 900,000 square feet commercial space.

Strong HVAC/Electrical experience in commercial space.

Universal EPA

HVAC/R Certificate or Journeyman's License
