These are traveling contract welders to help catch up on production demand. They manufacture stainless steel kitchen appliances for the fast food industry. The candidates will be expected to: - TIG weld on stainless steel (304 and 430 stainless steel) - Tack plates together using no filler - Weld various parts onto products using filler - It is a custom shop and they need to be comfortable reading prints and fabricating different products daily - Must be comfortable receiving a work order each morning and working independently to get the job done - Could work on 1-3 orders per day depending on the size - Complete most jobs alone but if it's a large job, they could be partnered with another welder Shifts - 3rd shift 6:30pm-5am - 7 DAYS A WEEK w/ EVERY OTHER SUNDAY OFF They should expect to work 70 hours a week
