This position is responsible for preparation and shipment of products and receipts and inspection of
materials/goods for production and sales.

Essential Duties
• Receive orders, verify the contents against the PO and examine the condition of the goods received
• Store received goods in designated locations
• Pick up merchandise from warehouse shelves to fill orders
• Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs
• Pack and wrap items in container with required documents
• Request export documents to customer service staff for international shipping
• Process orders based on the instructions (i.e. selection of preferred shipping company, etc.)
• Contact carrier and schedule shipping for each package
• Enter freight charge information into system for billing
• Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work area
• Monitor the shipping supply inventory and prepare purchase requisition to restock
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use their hands. This
position requires the ability to see details at close range. This position requires work in a plant setting and requires
the ability to lift at least 50lb.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Education / Work Experience
• General knowledge of warehouse procedures is preferred.
• High School or GED required.

• Have good oral and written communications skills.
• Have knowledge and experience on shipping software and ERP system
• Preferred to have general knowledge of how to use Forklifts.
