Actalent is currently seeking an Electrical Field Engineer to support the commissioning efforts of a food grade plant startup. Primary responsibility will be to oversee final installations, testing, and commissioning.

Project Closeout-
*Lead the electrical aspects of project closeout activities, including punch list resolution, final inspections, and documentation verification to achieve project acceptance and handover.
Commissioning Support-
*Collaborate with commissioning agents and subcontractors to coordinate the commissioning process for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance-
Conduct final inspections and audits of electrical installations to verify compliance with project drawings, specifications, and industry standards, addressing any deficiencies or discrepancies as needed.
Systems Testing-
Oversee comprehensive testing and validation of electrical systems, equipment, and controls to ensure functionality, reliability, and safety in accordance with project requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or related field (preferred).
- Extensive experience in electrical engineering and construction management, with a focus on end-of-project activities in the food manufacturing or similar industry.
- Strong technical expertise in electrical systems, controls, and automation, with knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Hourly pay, per diem, mobilization, home trips, benefits, paid holidays. Project expected to run approx. 5 months.
