We are looking for a entry level Grinder Operator, this is a machine that shreds up the recycled plastic! Entry level position with excellent room for growth!

Job Description:

Separate/sort plastic sheets
Box, label, and weigh inventory
Follow the grinding schedule
Load material into grinder and grind into pellet form to be used for reprocessing into sheet form
Tear down/break down/clean grinding machine
Stage material for upcoming jobs
Previous extrusion experience and knowledge of the plastic sheet extrusion process a plus.
Regular and punctual attendance
Training will include other duties on the production floor to help understand all positions and processes.
Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management.

Skills and Requirements:

Tow motor driving
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to retain information
Must be mechanically inclined
Proficient at basic math.
Must be able to work in a team environment
Able to communicate clearly with co-workers
Able to lift up to 50#
Able to use hand tools such as hammers, circular saw, table saw, band saw and nail gun
Able to multitask and self-organize
Must have worked in a general warehouse setting
Follow written safety procedures
Regular and punctual attendance
