IMMEDIATELY HIRING in the Chester, PA/ Delaware County area for Assemblers to work for this manufacturing company offering this FULL TIME and LONG TERM opportunity. The assemblers will be responsible for assembling and subassembling electromechanical or hydraulic components, following specific instructions, and reading interpreting blueprints. The role is crucial in ensuring the high standards of our products, which are designed to enhance safety and preserve the integrity of equipment and the environment. Prior assembly experience, having a good mechanical aptitude, and ahving your own tools prior to starting the job is required to be considered. Responsibilities
* Read, interpret, and understand blueprints and engineering sketches, dedicating 10% of your time to this task.
* Assemble and subassemble mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical parts and equipment, spending 45% of your time on standard and complex projects, including some prototype work.
* Perform standard and difficult adjusting and fitting, which occupies 10% of your time.
* Conduct standard and nonstandard tests to ensure quality, utilizing 20% of your time.

Essential Skills
* 2-3 years of mechanical assembly experience.
* Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints and engineering sketches.
* Experience with intricate fitting, adjusting, and aligning requiring close tolerance.
* Ability to perform final checks and tests of assemblies and subassemblies.
* Familiarity with using hand tools, some machine tools, and test equipment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chester, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
