Le poste de Coordonnateur des matriaux a pour but de grer l'approvisionnement en stock et de soutenir diffrentes personnes dans le dpartement de production tout en maintenant les donnes dans le systme de planification des ressources d'entreprise (ERP) Epicor. Le Coordonnateur des matriaux travaille au sein de l'quipe de production et relve du superviseur de production.
Responsabilits
* Effectuer des transferts d'inventaire entre les emplacements et les dpartements et enregistrer les mouvements dans l'ERP Epicor.
* Effectuer des audits d'inventaire, des vrifications, des dcomptes cycliques et enregistrer les informations dans l'ERP Epicor pour garantir l'exactitude de l'inventaire.
* S'assurer que tous les emplacements d'inventaire sont correctement tiquets et identifis.
* Localiser les matriaux sur demande et s'assurer que l'ERP Epicor reflte la ralit.
* Organiser et participer au placement des stocks reus (pices, matriaux, etc.) leur emplacement appropri.
* Exprimer les proccupations au superviseur de production pour obtenir des directives et rsoudre les problmes.
* Assurer un soutien en tant que remplaant pour le poste de commis l'expdition et la rception.
Comptences Essentielles
* Certification de chariot lvateur.
* Exprience en expdition et rception.
* Comptences informatiques.
* Exprience en inventaire et production.
Comptences Supplmentaires & qualifications
* Comptences de base en lecture, criture et calcul, normalement acquises avec un diplme d'tudes secondaires ou quivalent.
* Minimum d'un an d'exprience dans un rle similaire.
* Exprience de l'utilisation de la technologie sur le lieu de travail (systme ERP, e-mails, recherche informatique pour les numros de pices, dessins, etc.).
* Ax sur le travail d'quipe, souci du dtail et partage d'ides.
* Bonnes comptences organisationnelles, capacit effectuer plusieurs tches et tablir des priorits.
* Trs ractif aux clients internes.
* Capacit soulever jusqu' 20 kg.

Environnement De Travail
Les conditions de travail sont normales pour un environnement de fabrication/assemblage. Le travail implique le levage occasionnel de matriaux jusqu' 20 kg. L'opration de machines et d'outils lectriques ncessite l'utilisation d'quipements de scurit, qui peuvent inclure, mais ne sont pas limits , des lunettes de scurit et des protecteurs auditifs. Le port de chaussures de scurit est obligatoire. Quart de travail du soir : 14h45 23h00. Formation de jour pendant 3 semaines de 7h00 15h15 - du lundi au vendredi (40 heures par semaine).

Job Title: Forklift Operator and Material Handler
Job Description
The purpose of the Materials Coordinator position is to manage stock supply and support different people in the Production department while maintaining data in the Epicor Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The Materials Coordinator works as part of the Production team and reports to the Production Supervisor.
Responsibilities
* Perform inventory transfers between locations and departments and record movement in Epicor ERP.
* Complete inventory audits, checks, cycle counts, and record information in Epicor ERP to ensure inventory accuracy.
* Ensure all inventory locations are properly labeled and identified.
* Locate materials upon request and ensure Epicor ERP reflects reality.
* Organize and participate in the placement of stock received (parts, material, etc.) in the proper location.
* Voice concerns to the Production Supervisor to get direction and problem-solve.
* Provide backup support to the Shipping & Receiving Clerk position.
Essential Skills
* Forklift certification.
* Shipping and receiving experience.
* Computer skills.
* Experience in inventory and production.
Additional Skills and Qualifications
* Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
* Experience using technology in the workplace (ERP system, e-mails, computer search for parts numbers, drawings, etc.).
* Team-focused, detail-oriented, and shares ideas.
* Good organizational skills, able to multi-task and prioritize.
* Highly responsive to internal customers.
* Ability to lift up to 20 kg.

Work Environment
Working conditions are typical for a manufacturing/assembly environment. Work involves occasional lifting of materials up to 20 kg. Operating machinery and power tools requires the use of safety equipment, which may include but is not limited to; eye safety glasses and hearing protectors. Safety work footwear is mandatory. Evening shift: 2:45 PM to 11 PM. Training on days for 3 weeks from 7:00 AM to 3:15 PM - Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
