Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CBX Cutter/Welder to join our team. The role involves working in a fast-paced production facility to produce high-quality products that meet rigorous standards.

Responsibilities
* Work in a fast-paced production facility and produce products that meet quality standards.
* Tac, measure, and weld a variety of parts according to specifications.
* Remove old welds with a plasma cutter or arc gouger to replace worn parts.
* Grind and repair worn surfaces for the installation of new parts.

Essential Skills
* Ability to pass a weld test in 2G position for SMAW, GMAW, and GMAW-S.
* Proficiency in reading basic precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
* Capable of using an arc gouger and plasma cutter.
* Proficient with hand tools and grinders.
* Ability to follow work instructions in English.
* Capable of lifting 70 lbs. daily.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with MIG, TIG, and flux core welding.
* Ability to work with blueprints and stainless steel.
* Previous production experience.
* Proficient in using hand and power tools for assembling and grinding.

Work Environment

You will work in a warm manufacturing environment with approximately ten current production employees. The environment involves heavy and dirty work, but offers a casual dress code with jeans, shirts, and sneakers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Exeter, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
