Key Responsibilities

* Assemble components using blueprints, schematics, and work orders
* Use hand tools and torque wrenches for accurate builds
* Inspect parts for damage and verify structural integrity
* Read and interpret BOMs, drawings, and CAD files
* Perform visual inspections and troubleshoot errors
* Assemble copper bussing with correct spacing and alignment
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Communicate job progress and report part shortages or issues
* Identify process improvement opportunities and support root cause analysis

What Youll Bring

Work Environment

* Active manufacturing floor with exposure to machinery, noise, and temperature changes
* PPE required: steel-toed boots, safety glasses, long pants, and long sleeves or cut-resistant sleeves
* First week includes comprehensive training before team placement

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
