Key Responsibilities

* Perform assembly and quality checks to meet specifications.
* Pick, pack, and manage inventory using WMS systems (SAP, Sphere WMS).
* Support production goals and resolve material or workflow issues.
* Maintain safety standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
* 2+ years in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations.
* Experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
