About the Role

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in fabricating and assembling high-quality industrial maintenance equipment and safety components. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a strong experience in MIG welding and a passion for precision and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform MIG welding on 18-gauge and -inch mild steel components.
* Fabricate and assemble parts for pavement maintenance equipment, safety railings, and related machinery.
* Execute welds with accuracy and consistency.
* Grind and finish welded parts to meet quality standards.
* Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to ensure proper fabrication.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of MIG welding experience or completion of a technical welding program.
* Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding weld symbols.
* High school diploma or GED
* Preferred: 5+ years of MIG welding experience on mild steel.

Work Environment

Join a well-organized, clean, and spacious warehouse facility where we fabricate and assemble our own industrial equipment. Our shop primarily works with mild steel and integrates outsourced components such as motors, pneumatics, and electronics.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cokato, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
