Job Description

Join our dynamic production team as a Production Associate, where youll play a key role in creating high-quality products. Youll work on the production line as either a first loader, placing empty materials into the line, or a final unloader, packaging finished goods for shipment. This position is a great entry pointstraightforward tasks, but requiring attention to detail and accurate documentation. Expect to stay active throughout your shift, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and wearing proper gowning.

Shift Options:

Option 1 12-hour shifts: Flexible 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts (7 AM 7 PM), alternating days/nights every two weeks. Enjoy more days off while working full-time hours!

Day Shifts: $18.50/h

Night Shifts: $19.50/h

Option 2 8-hour shifts: MondayFriday, rotating weekly through three shifts:

Day: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM ($18.50/h)

Afternoon: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM ($19.25/h)

Overnight: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM ($19.50/h)

Responsibilities
* Load empty materials onto the production line.
* Package finished goods into boxes by lot and specification.
* Stay activestanding and moving around machinery for the entire shift.
* Follow GMP procedures and wear proper gowning.
* Document and communicate in English for detailed medical records.

Essential Skills
* 6+ months of experience on a manufacturing floor.
* Familiarity with GMP or similar standards.
* Ability to lift, bend, and move for extended shifts.
* Strong English skills for accurate documentation.

Work Environment

Youll join a collaborative team of 67 people per shift, including a line leader, operators, maintenance staff, and loaders. The production floor has five main areas, offering variety and the chance to work with different team members.
