About the Role

Youll work with both mechanical and electronic components, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality and precision. Key Responsibilities

* Assemble box builds using visual aids and detailed work instructions
* Perform mechanical assembly operations with precision tools and measuring techniques
* Install wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and other electronic components
* Set up and operate tools/equipment in the box build area
* Identify and escalate quality issues to team leaders
* Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles

Essential Skills

* Handson experience with assembly, PCB/PCB assembly, box build, and cable assembly
* Ability to read blueprints and understand cabling/surface mount processes
* 25 years of mechanical operator experience in electronics manufacturing preferred
* Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and independence

Additional Qualifications

* Flexibility to work overtime when needed
* Reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
