Job Description

We are seeking diligent assemblers to join our team and assist with the production of various electronic products. This role involves working along the production line, utilizing hand tools, and following visual instructions to ensure quality assembly. The position is a contract role through the end of the year, with the potential for extension based on performance.

Responsibilities
* Assemble electronic products using basic hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and wire crimpers.
* Follow detailed visual instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
* Work efficiently along the production line and participate in mechanical assembly tasks.
* Engage in general labor tasks as needed to support the production process.
* Read and interpret blueprints to guide assembly processes.
* Ensure quality and precision in each assembly task.

Essential Skills
* Proficiency in using basic hand tools.
* Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
* Experience working on an assembly line.
* Understanding of production processes and mechanical assembly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with electronic product assembly is preferred.
* General assembly experience is acceptable.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
* Punctuality and reliability in work attendance.

Work Environment

The position operates on the first shift with hours from Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 5pm, and Saturday from 6am to Noon. The work environment is fast-paced and requires standing along the production line, using hand tools, and engaging in general assembly tasks. Dress code is casual, appropriate for a production setting. Performance is measured by punctuality, willingness to learn, and flexibility in assisting with various tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
