PPS is seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our semiconductor servicing industry facility near Sky Harbor Airport. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive starting pay rate, second-to-none benefits, and a high ceiling for growth!

Responsibilities:

Performs visual transactions relative to shipments.·
Coordinates and assists with loading of shipments.·
Prepares dispatch logs for drivers with routes, drops and pickups, etc.·
Maintains communications with drivers during the day and making routing updates as necessary
Prepares commercial bills of lading.·
Prepares IBSS paperwork.·
Ensures packaging specifications are followed per customer requirements.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

Knowledgeable with automated system (FEDEX, UPS, DHL)·
Ability to communicate effectively with crew members.·
Knowledgeable in packaging and labeling material·
Follows and understand Shipping Procedures·
Certified to drive a forklift.·
Ability to complete work assignment within the time allotted.·
Maintain and cleans workstation /work environment.·
Ability to read and understand written procedures.·
Proficient in MS ExcelEducational/Certification
High School diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years Shipping Experience (preferred- previous exp shipping to Applied Materials)
Ability to exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move object.
Ability to Talk on phone and use computer for extended periods of time may be required
May involve exposure to moderate noise levels from printers, faxes, computer etc.
