What Youll Do

* Collaborate with a supportive team in a clean, high-tech environment.
* Read and interpret assembly instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.
* Assemble electro-mechanical components, cables, and wire harnesses using tools like crimpers and wire strippers.
* Perform point-to-point wiring and equipment installations with precision.
* Maintain productivity and quality standards while keeping your workspace organized and safe.
* Document work accurately in production and quality forms.
* Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance (company will assist if required).

What Were Looking For

* Experience in assembly, production, or similar hands-on work.
* Comfortable using hand tools and working with mechanical or electrical components.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints or diagrams.
* Bonus: Experience with electronics, soldering, fiber optics, or cable assembly.
* Certifications like WHMA/IPC-A-620 or IPC-A-610 are a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

* 2+ years of assembly experience preferred.
* High School diploma required; technical or electronics training is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
* Basic problem-solving skills and ability to follow processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
