Job Description

As a Deburr Technician, you will be responsible for part finishing and quality assurance. You will use hand and power tools to blend and smooth surfaces, removing sharp edges and correcting imperfections. Additionally, you will inspect parts to ensure they meet blueprint specifications and quality standards. This role involves operating various pneumatic tools and performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. Documentation of process-related activities and adherence to strict compliance standards are also key components of the job.

Responsibilities
* Use hand and power tools to blend and smooth surfaces, remove sharp edges, and correct imperfections.
* Inspect parts to ensure they meet blueprint specifications and quality standards.
* Operate various pneumatic tools, such as grinders, sanders, and deburring tools.
* Fill out or stamp process-related documentation to approve work.
* Perform routine maintenance on deburring equipment.
* Adhere to strict compliance standards, including company policies and safety regulations.

Essential Skills
* Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or a related field.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
* Proficiency with manual tools, particularly air-powered grinding and deburring tools.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in English for understanding written instructions and procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Some positions require eligibility for government security.
* Must have a valid license and a birth certificate
