Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Receiving Team Lead to oversee our receiving and inventory management operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities
* Lead all receiving and inventory management duties, including offloading freight trucks, examining and documenting incoming shipments, and rejecting damaged items.
* Report any discrepancies to the Manager or Operations Team.
* Manage the inventory putaway flow, handle returns, and maintain accurate inventory records through physical counts.
* Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to oversee all floor operations, direct warehouse team members, and flex manpower based on business need.
* Maintain a consistent workflow in all areas to meet customer service levels.
* Champion a safe, efficient, and clean work environment by offering guidance and training on safety policies and lean practices.
* Enforce 5S principles, keep all areas neat, participate in Joint Health & Safety meetings, and document maintenance and supply levels for tools.
* Assist with any general warehouse tasks as needed.

Essential Skills
* 3-5 years of experience as a shipping/receiving team lead.
* Warehouse experience.
* Forklift licensed (counterbalance).
* ERP system experience (comfortable with computers and documentation).

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with Netsuite.
* Prior experience with Health and Safety.

The position requires flexibility with working hours, as it includes Monday to Friday shifts from either 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm, with potential Saturday overtime.

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $62400.00/yr.
