Job Description

As a Millwright, you will be responsible for tending to 3-4 production lines each day. Your role will involve responding to calls and breakdowns, performing changeovers, and conducting routine maintenance. Preventive maintenance may be required on weekends when applicable. The role requires a significant amount of walking within a large 2 million square foot facility.

Responsibilities
* Tend to 3-4 production lines daily.
* Respond to equipment calls and breakdowns promptly.
* Conduct changeovers and regular maintenance tasks.
* Perform preventive maintenance on weekends as needed.

Essential Skills
* Possession of a 433a ticket.
* 1-2+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
* Ability to work a 3-shift rotation.
* Experience with GMP, welding, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
* Welding experience.

Work Environment

The position offers competitive pay with additional shift premiums for afternoon and midnight shifts. Overtime is plentiful and compensated at premium rates. The work schedule involves rotating shifts every two weeks, including 12-hour days and nights during the busy season. The facility is based in Leamington, characterized by a hot, loud environment with food odors, yet nothing extreme.
