Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team. There are two available shifts: Sunday through Thursday and Tuesday through Saturday, both from 2 PM to 10:30 PM. As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, focusing on HVAC maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, and building systems.

Responsibilities
* Perform HVAC maintenance tasks such as changing filters and cleaning coils.
* Replace and assemble valves, repair sensors, and conduct pipe replacements as needed.
* Carry out minor carpentry tasks including repairing floors, doors, and furniture.
* Address plumbing issues such as unclogging and fixing toilets, urinals, and sinks.
* Operate building automation systems and manage ticket orders.
* Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors to ensure completion of daily tasks.
* Disassemble and reassemble fixtures, fans, pumps, HVAC, and other building equipment.
* Demonstrate proficiency in general plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
* Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts safely.
* Use personal computers, cell phones, and electronic tablets effectively.
* Adapt to changing priorities and manage unexpected downtime productively.
* Support non-customary schedules and weekend work when necessary.

Essential Skills
* 5+ years of commercial building maintenance experience.
* Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, and light electrical work.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to follow instructions and complete general maintenance tasks.
* Basic computer skills for reporting and communication.
* Strong organizational skills for maintaining maintenance records.
* Time management skills for coordinating and supervising sub-contractors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* CFC Universal certification is required.
* Experience in a commercial maintenance setting is essential.
* Familiarity with electrical components in office spaces and bathrooms.

The work environment is primarily within an office setting, where interaction with office occupants is frequent. Employees are expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance with casual dress requirements. A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills are essential.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
